Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Your privacy is very important to us, we promise to follow the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) that came into effect on 25th May 2018.
We treat your personal details with respect and how we would expect you to handle ours.
As a customer of DaisyRose it is necessary for us to hold some information about you such as your name, email address and postal address to complete your order.
We never have access to your financial information when you make payment using PayPal. All financial information is held securely by the processing company, this is never shared with us or anyone else.
How we collect and use information
When you order from us you give us sufficient information about yourself to enable us to process your order.
Who has access to you information
Only us, Jean and Becky, we are the only two ‘wheels’ of DaisyRose, we use the information we need to complete and send your order to you. All information is kept on a computer protected with a password which only we have the details for. When your order is complete, we keep a copy for accounting and tax purposes only. These will be kept for 6 years for tax accounts only.
You can ask us at anytime what information we hold about you and we will give you full details. You also have the right to ask for your details to be deleted, amended or transferred. If you ever want to change any information we have of you please contact us.
